Welcome to this week’s Tillers Turf Talk! Last week, we covered a hybrid tennis court installation, but due to heavy rain, we’re doing something different today—highlighting my top three favourite machines at Tillers Turf.
Coming in at number three is our Agri Buggy. This 24-meter wide sprayer is equipped with soft turf tires and GPS, ensuring minimal ground pressure and precision spraying. It’s a fantastic piece of equipment that makes turf management more efficient and accurate, with zero waste.
At number two is the Firefly Pro Slab 155. This slab harvester has transformed the way we lift turf, especially for products like our long, wispy fescue that wouldn’t work with a traditional roll harvester. It reduces manual labor and increases productivity, making it one of our most valuable tools.
Finally, number one is our V-MOW mower. This machine boasts 23 cutting units and a massive 16.2-meter width. With GPS guidance, it delivers a super-efficient, high-quality cut, covering vast areas quickly and consistently. It’s an absolute game-changer for large-scale turf management.
